Problems can take a variety of forms ranging from inappropriate toileting to aggression.
It is important to ascertain the motivation for the behaviour, firstly by the owners completing a questionnaire, followed
by a house visit. It is necessary for all pets to have received a recent veterinary examination to rule out medical
causes for the behaviour.
It is important that two to three hours are available for this visit.
On completion, a detailed report is made containing the behaviour modification programme that has been agreed.
Follow up is usually conducted by email or telephone, but follow up visits can be arranged at an additional charge.
